KIAN HONG CYCLE PTE. LTD. is looking for passionate individuals to join their team as Bicycle Retail Sales Specialists at their East Coast Park location. 📋 Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the end-to-end customer experience and maintaining the high standards of the retail space:

Sales & Service: Provide friendly checkout services and work towards achieving monthly sales targets through excellent product knowledge.

Customer Engagement: Handle phone and email inquiries professionally and build long-term relationships with the cycling community.

Merchandising: Assist with receiving, arranging, and replenishing stock to ensure product displays are attractive and organized.

Operations: Maintain a clean and safe retail environment, perform general housekeeping, and carry out simple administrative tasks.

Community: Participate in weekly bike rides to build rapport with customers and represent the brand.
🎓 Job Requirements

Education: Minimum Primary/Secondary School (“O” Level), Higher Secondary, or NiTEC in any field.

Experience: No experience is required; entry-level candidates are welcome as comprehensive training is provided. However, prior experience in bicycle retail is an advantage.

Skills: Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and basic knowledge of the bicycle industry are highly valued.

Attributes: Willingness to take initiative and work effectively within a team environment.

Availability: Able to work long hours, including weekends and Public Holidays.

Schedule: 6-day work week with rotating shifts.

Monthly Salary: $2,200 to $4,000 (inclusive of commissions based on performance).
