Canteen Operator

FLEXIWORKFINDER PTE. LTD. is looking for Canteen Operators to manage food stall operations, likely within a school environment. This role offers a consistent Monday to Friday schedule with the added benefit of having Public Holidays and School Holidays off, making it ideal for those seeking work-life balance.

📋 Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the end-to-end operation of the food stall, from simple food preparation to hygiene management:

Food Preparation: Perform simple onsite cooking and heating (e.g., Mee Soto or Soup Noodles). Most raw materials are provided pre-frozen from a Central Kitchen (CK). You will also prepare snack items and cut fresh fruits onsite.
Service & Sales: Receive bento sets and stage them at the counter for service. You will handle sales for drinks and snacks, processing both cash payments and Smart Buddy transactions.
Cleaning & Dishwashing: Maintain the cleanliness of the stall area. Non-halal bento boxes, lids, and all utensils must be washed onsite. Soiled halal bento boxes and lids must be sorted and packed for return to the Central Kitchen for specialized washing.
End-of-Day Ops: Perform thorough washing and cleaning of the stall after operational hours end.

🎓 Job Requirements

Experience: Requires 2 years of experience in the F&B industry.
Attributes: Capable of working independently to manage a stall and maintain strict hygiene standards.
Schedule: Must be available for the full duration of the school day.
