SMARTE CARTE SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is hiring Taxi Coordination Officers to manage taxi operations at Changi Airport. This Permanent role is essential for maintaining a seamless transportation flow for travelers at one of the world’s busiest airports.
📋 Core Responsibilities
You will be part of the Taxi Coordination Team, ensuring efficiency and safety at terminal taxi stands:

Operational Flow: Manage the continuous supply of taxis to stands and direct them to individual bays to ensure a steady vehicle flow.

Passenger Management: Control passenger queues and allocate taxis based on the First-In, First-Out (FIFO) principle.

Specialized Roles: Perform specific duties (DG, RM, TSC, QM) according to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

Safety & Support: Comply with safety standards when assisting passengers, attend to enquiries, and suggest alternative transport modes when necessary.

Traffic Diversion: Manage taxi diversions to other terminals or stands as operational needs change.
🎓 Job Specifications

Experience: No prior experience is required; this is an entry-level position suitable for those from Customer Service, Hospitality, or General Work backgrounds.

Communication: Must understand basic written and spoken English (a secondary working language is a plus).

⏰ Working Hours & Location
This role operates on a Fixed Shift basis at Changi Airport:

Morning: 6:30 AM – 2:50 PM.

💰 Salary & Details
