Kitchen Cleaner

MIDDLETON INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated Kitchen Cleaner to support the culinary operations at their Tampines campus. Reporting directly to the Executive Chef, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the high hygiene standards necessary for a school environment.

📋 Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the overall cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and storage areas:

Dishwashing: Handle the washing and sanitizing of children’s food trays and cutlery.
Hygiene & Sanitation: Keep the IC Drain and Scupper drains clean at all times to ensure proper drainage and hygiene.
Waste Management: Clean and clear all rubbish to the designated collection area on a daily basis.
Facility Upkeep: Daily cleaning and mopping of the kitchen floor, dry store, and Chef’s Office.
Equipment Care: Clean all walk-in chillers and individual refrigerators regularly.
Laundry: Daily washing of catering tablecloths and specialized cooking cloths.

🎓 Job Requirements

Experience: Requires a minimum of 2 years of experience overall, with at least 1 year specific to a kitchen environment.
Preferred Background: Working experience within a school setting is highly desirable.
Certification: Must possess a valid Basic Food Hygiene Certificate.
Skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multi-task and work independently.
