Key Responsibilities

Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, and control all stockroom and kitting activities to meet business goals.

Team Leadership: Assign daily work activities based on priority, instill discipline, develop career paths for subordinates, and conduct staff counseling and appraisals.

Financial Control: Manage department budgeting, manpower planning, and ensure all spending remains within the allocated budget.

Compliance & Safety: Ensure 100% compliance with ISO procedures and lead the team to adhere to all security and safety protocols.

Continuous Improvement: Continuously update stockroom procedures to meet current business demands, identify areas for improvement, and implement innovative ideas.

Performance Tracking: Ensure all stockroom Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are consistently met and escalate liability issues to upper management.
Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and warehouse management experience.

Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience, ideally with knowledge of Surface-Mount Technology (SMT) manufacturing.

Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of global/regional logistics operations, international taxes, and global customs regimes.

Analytical Skills: Excellent financial and analytical abilities to manage business analytics and drive cost reduction programs.

Soft Skills: Strong, convincing communication skills and a proven track record in successful change management.

Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
