Key responsibilities

They will manage reservations, floor plans, and guest interactions, including VIP and regular customer relations. They will monitor service quality, handle guest feedback professionally, and resolve issues effectively. They will also ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and licensing regulations, manage staffing schedules, and assist in budgeting and achieving revenue targets.
Required qualifications
The candidate is not required to have any formal higher education degree. They should be legally eligible to work in Singapore. The candidate should be familiar with POS systems, reservation platforms like SevenRooms or Chope, and basic administrative tools. They must be capable of working evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required by the dynamic hospitality environment. Knowledge of Singapore’s food and beverage regulations is considered a strong plus.
Experience needed
This is a middle management level position. The candidate should have at least 3 years of proven experience working as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager. Any type of prior experience in a high-volume or fine dining environment will be considered a strong asset.
