📋 Key Responsibilities
The role focuses on supporting lawyers and legal executives to ensure the smooth handling of real estate transactions:

Legal Support: Assist in the preparation of legal documents specifically for real estate transactions.

Document Management: Handle the filing, scanning, photocopying, and faxing of sensitive and confidential documents.

Administrative Operations: Manage calls and general correspondence. You will also be responsible for managing calendars and scheduling appointments for the lawyers.

Finance Support: Assist in the preparation of invoices and other related billing tasks.

Ad-hoc Duties: Perform various other tasks as assigned by the management to support office operations.

Experience: Open to Fresh/Entry Level candidates; 1 year of experience is preferred but legal knowledge is NOT required as training is provided.
