M. BOSE CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is hiring an Admin Assistant to manage office operations at their Gambas Crescent location. This is a Full Time, Executive position that plays a central role in supporting multiple departments, including HR and Sales.

Key Responsibilities

The role requires high-level organizational skills to ensure smooth daily operations:

  • Office Management: Organize and manage office procedures, including complex filing systems, correspondence, and the maintenance of company records and databases.

  • Coordination: Schedule meetings, manage appointments, and handle travel arrangements. You will also coordinate with vendors and service providers.

  • Communications: Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external communications, including phone and email inquiries.

  • HR Support: Assist with the onboarding process for new employees and ensure all company policies and confidentiality standards are met.

  • Documentation: Prepare professional reports, presentations, and other essential documentation as required.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience: Requires 2 years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role.

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.

  • Problem Solving: Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently to meet deadlines.

  • Technical Skills: Experience with calendar management and event coordination is essential.

Salary & Benefits

The monthly salary for this position is highly competitive, ranging from $3,000 to $6,000.
