📋 Key Responsibilities
The role is central to the smooth daily functioning of the office across multiple functions:

Office Administration: Manage the front desk, handle phones and emails, and coordinate meeting room schedules. You will also oversee office and pantry supplies to ensure the workplace is always well-stocked.

IT & Technical Support: Act as the first point of contact for basic IT issues like password resets and device setup. You will ensure that all conference room equipment and printers are operational and coordinate with external vendors for technical repairs.

Logistics & Procurement: Coordinate the distribution of laptops and peripherals, and handle the procurement process for hardware, software, and office services by requesting quotes and processing orders.

HR & Onboarding Support: Assist the HR Manager by preparing paperwork and welcome materials for new hires. You will also help plan employee engagement activities and company events.

Executive Assistance: Support the Office Manager and HR Manager with data entry, filing, document preparation, and travel arrangements as needed.
