Administrative Assistant (Property Management)
CBRE PTE. LTD., a global leader in commercial real estate, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide critical support for property operations. Reporting to the Centre Manager, you will handle a blend of office administration and frontline customer service for a managed property.
Key Responsibilities
The role covers a broad range of operational support, from facility management to tenant relations:

Front Desk & Reception: Receive residents, tenants, and contractors, providing directions and general assistance.

Document Management: Manage inward/outward correspondence, maintain tenant records, and handle the filing and retrieval of both current and archived records.

Facility Coordination: Manage bookings for building facilities and support administrative projects related to security, carparks, fire safety, and equipment maintenance.

Reporting & Drafting: Assist in compiling monthly and quarterly reports and expeditiously prepare circulars, letters, and other official documents.

Office Operations: Manage office stationery requisitions and maintain inventory.
Required Qualifications & Experience

Education: Minimum ‘N’ or ‘O’ Levels or relevant professional certification.

Experience: Requires 3 years of experience. Prior experience in the Property Management or Real Estate industry is considered a strong advantage.

Technical Skills: Must be well-versed in Microsoft Office and possess the meticulousness required for high administrative accuracy.

Soft Skills: Good interpersonal and communication skills for handling telephone calls and visitor inquiries.
Working Hours & Salary

Schedule: Candidates must be open to a 5.5-day work week.

Monthly Salary: $2,000 to $2,500.
