Administrative Assistant

KOKUSAI SEMICONDUCTOR SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is looking for a proactive Administrative Assistant to support their daily operations in Ubi. Reporting directly to the HR Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining smooth office functions and supporting staff welfare.

Key Responsibilities

The role is multifaceted, covering general office management, travel coordination, and HR support:

  • Travel Coordination: Provide end-to-end support for business travel, including booking flights, hotels, and travel insurance, as well as handling visa applications.

  • Office & Inventory Management: Manage stock levels for office, pantry, and cleaning supplies. You will also oversee maintenance contracts for air-conditioning and general office cleaning.

  • HR & Insurance Support: Assist with employee medical insurance claims and annual renewals. You will also maintain updated employee records, organizational charts, and track leave and attendance.

  • Staff Welfare: Help organize company events and team-building activities to support a positive work culture.

  • Data & Filing: Perform data entry and manage both physical and e-filing systems to ensure records are easily retrievable.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: Minimum GCE “O” Levels and above.

  • Experience: Requires at least 1 year of relevant experience in an administrative role.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) is essential for report generation and record-keeping.

  • Attributes: Strong communication skills and a positive attitude. You should be able to work independently while being a collaborative team player.

Salary & Benefits

The monthly salary for this position ranges from $2,400 to $2,900.
