Aircraft Engine Mechanic (Module Shop)

GE AVIATION, ENGINE SERVICES – SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a skilled Aircraft Engine Mechanic to join their Module Shop at the Seletar Aerospace Park. This Full Time role is critical for the precision disassembly and assembly of advanced aircraft engine modules, ensuring the highest standards of safety and airworthiness.

📋 Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for technical engine work and maintaining a high-standard workshop environment:

Module Operations: Perform the disassembly and assembly of engine modules strictly according to company documentation and official manufacturer manuals.
Quality & Safety: Execute assigned tasks ensuring all quality and safety requirements are met. This includes maintaining a clean work area and ensuring support equipment is properly stored.
Tool & Equipment Care: Manage the daily preventive or predictive maintenance of tools and equipment. You will also liaise with the Facilities Team for necessary repairs.
Process Improvement: Generate simple work instructions for equipment and propose improvements to day-to-day operational processes.

🎓 Job Requirements

Experience: Prior experience as an engine assembler or disassembler in the aviation/aerospace field is highly preferred.
Education (One of the following):
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ level with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Diploma in Aircraft Maintenance, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
Language: Must be able to read and understand Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in English.
Preferred: Holders of an EASA Part 66 maintenance license or equivalent.
