Art Teacher with Customer Service & Admin duties
ARTIMATE PTE. LTD. is seeking a versatile Art Teacher who can balance creative instruction with administrative and customer service duties. Based at Sengkang Sports Centre, this role is perfect for artistic individuals who love working with children and want to be part of a vibrant enrichment environment.
π Key Responsibilities
The role is divided into three core pillars: teaching, parent engagement, and studio operations.
Teaching & Student Support

Instruction: Educate children on fundamental art principles and techniques, including drawing, painting, and clay art, while nurturing their unique creative potential.

Classroom Management: Execute in-house lesson plans and foster a positive, conducive learning environment through active engagement and encouragement of good behavior.
Customer Service & Communication

Parental Liaison: Professionally communicate student progress to parents and handle inquiries regarding registration and scheduling.

Brand Experience: Provide an excellent customer experience that aligns with the schoolβs core values.
Administrative & Studio Duties

Records Management: Manage student attendance, class records, and payment processing.

Studio Maintenance: Assist with the physical setup and cleanup of the art studio and manage stock updates.
π Requirements

Education: A Diploma or Degree in Fine Arts, Design, Education, Early Childhood, or related fields is preferred.

Experience: Requires at least 1 year of experience in an administrative or educational role. Experience working with children is highly valued.

Soft Skills: Cheerful, patient, and proactive with the ability to multi-task in a dynamic teaching environment.

Availability: Must be able to work on weekends, which is standard for enrichment centers.
