SENG CHOON FARM PTE LTD, one of Singapore’s leading egg producers, is looking for an Assistant Farm Supervisor to join their operations in Lim Chu Kang. This Full Time role is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about agricultural science and food security to support the management of a high-tech poultry farm.
📋 Roles & Responsibilities
You will work closely with the Farm Manager to maintain the high standards required for large-scale egg production:

Operational Support: Assist the Farm Manager in the daily oversight and management of farm activities.

Quality & Safety Standards: Ensure all operations meet strict company and regulatory standards, including production targets, food safety, animal welfare, and workplace health and safety (WSH).

Compliance & Documentation: Assist in meticulous record-keeping for various critical certifications, including HACCP, ISO, and WSH.
🎓 Requirements

Education: A background in Agricultural Science or related fields is preferred.

Experience: Open to Fresh/Entry Level candidates; however, 1 year of experience in a related field is an advantage.

Physical Demands: Must be physically fit and able to stand for prolonged periods. Candidates must also be comfortable working around live animals and the associated odours of a farm environment.
