Sentosa Development Corporation & Subsidiaries is hiring Part-time Attraction Hosts to manage the day and night operations of iconic island landmarks like Fort Siloso, Sentosa Nature Discovery, and Magical Shores. This role is based in the Central Region (Sentosa) and falls under the Customer Service sector.
Key Responsibilities
The role involves a blend of guest engagement, operational management, and site maintenance:

Guest Engagement: Proactively assist guests and conduct guided tours or engagement sessions to maintain a high standard of service excellence.

Operational Management: Manage the opening and closing procedures of various nodes and handle administrative duties, including daily reports.

Facility Maintenance: Perform daily checks on exhibits and equipment, execute preventative measures, and coordinate with contractors or technicians for repairs.

Event Coordination: Work with other departments to support VIP visits, functions, and special events on the island.

Site Upkeep: Ensure general cleanliness and housekeeping of the assigned attractions.
Required Qualifications & Traits
