AMAZON WEB SERVICES SINGAPORE PRIVATE LIMITED is looking for motivated individuals to join their DCEO Trainee Program. This is a 12-month program designed to mold the next generation of data center experts who maintain the physical backbone of the global AWS cloud infrastructure. Successful trainees will be evaluated at the end of the year for a permanent “Amazonian” role.
📋 Role Overview & Environment
As a trainee, you will be part of the Infrastructure Operations team, ensuring that AWS data centers meet world-class operational standards 24/7:

Operational Focus: Maintain physical infrastructure with a focus on safety, security, availability, and efficiency.

Advanced Technology: Work with cutting-edge mechanical and electrical systems in a high-capacity, dynamic environment.

Critical Maintenance: Learn the intricacies of maintaining “Critical Space” facilities where downtime is not an option.
🎓 Qualifications

Education: Candidates should come from an Electrical or Mechanical Engineering related discipline.

Experience: The role is open to Fresh/Entry Level candidates, though up to 1 year of experience in engineering is recognized.

Preferred: Any prior experience in Data Center Engineering or Operations is considered a significant advantage.
