OCD HANDS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Bakery Assistant to join their team at Novelty Bizcentre. This Full Time, Non-executive role is ideal for individuals passionate about pastry arts and maintaining high standards of food production.
Key Responsibilities
The role involves supporting the daily production of pastries while ensuring kitchen efficiency:

Pastry Preparation: Assist the bakery team in preparing various pastries and ensuring that recipes and presentations remain consistent.

Food Safety: Monitor food temperatures and handle all products according to safety standards to ensure quality and prevent spoilage.

Hygiene & Maintenance: Keep workstations clean and tidy, following strict F&B hygiene standards. Safely operate and maintain all kitchen equipment.

Operational Support: Complete any additional duties as assigned by the manager to support the bakery’s workflow.
Required Qualifications & Experience

Experience: While 1 year of relevant experience is preferred, the company explicitly states that applicants with no experience are welcome to apply.

Certification: Having a valid Basic Food Hygiene Certificate is considered an advantage.

Working Style: Must be willing to learn, able to work independently with minimal supervision, and comfortable in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Salary & Benefits
The monthly salary for this position ranges from $1,800 to $2,500.
