Beauty Advisor (Night Shift)
SHILLA TRAVEL RETAIL PTE. LTD. is looking for passionate Beauty Advisors to join their team at Changi Airport Terminal 1. This is a Permanent, Full Time role focused on high-end cosmetics and perfumes.
Key Responsibilities
The role combines expert beauty consultation with retail operations:

Brand Ambassadorship: Portray a professional, customer-oriented image while providing personalized beauty advice and product expertise.

Sales Excellence: Recognize upselling and cross-selling opportunities to achieve monthly individual sales targets within a team setting.

Store Operations: Perform inventory replenishment, maintain basic housekeeping, and operate the POS cash register for various payment modes.

Guest Experience: Welcome customers and elevate their shopping experience through proactive service.
Required Qualifications & Traits

Education: Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level.

Attributes: Proactive, positive personality, and a strong desire to achieve sales goals.

Availability: Must be comfortable working in Changi Airport and able to work weekends and public holidays.
Experience Needed
While open to Fresh/entry level applicants, 1 year of experience in travel retail or cosmetic and perfume sales is highly desirable.
Working Hours (Permanent Night Shift)
The role specifically requires working one of the following night shifts:

Shift A: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Shift B: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM.

Work Week: 5 days’ work week.
Compensation & Benefits

Monthly Salary: $2,000 to $2,500 (Basic).

Night Shift Allowance: $500 per month.

Bonuses: 13th-month bonus (AWS), performance bonus, and a 1-month retention bonus after one year of service.

Other Incentives: Commission, grooming allowance, shoe allowance, and cashiering allowance.
