Bell Attendant

GRAND HYATT SINGAPORE is seeking a professional Bell Attendant to join their Rooms Division at their iconic location on Scotts Road. This Full Time role is critical for creating a positive first impression and ensuring the seamless handling of guest arrivals and departures.

Key Responsibilities

As a primary point of contact for guests, you will manage the essential logistics of the lobby area:

  • Baggage Management: Responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of baggage services, including the safe transport, storage, and retrieval of guest luggage.

  • Guest Arrival & Departure: Assist guests with their belongings upon arrival and departure, ensuring a high standard of hospitality consistent with the Grand Hyatt brand.

  • Lobby Support: Maintain the flow of the entrance and lobby area, assisting the concierge team and providing directions or information to guests as needed.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience: No prior experience is required, making this an ideal entry point for those looking to start a career in luxury hospitality.

  • Education: Minimum PSLE qualification.

  • Presentation: Must have a pleasant disposition and be well-groomed at all times to meet the hotel’s professional standards.

  • Availability: Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Salary & Details

  • Monthly Salary: $1,600 to $2,400.

  • Location: Based at Orchard/Scotts Road.
