BIDEFORD HOUSE PTE. LTD. is recruiting a Bell Person for the prestigious COMO Metropolitan Singapore. This role is located at COMO Orchard, a flagship address that integrates luxury hospitality, fashion retail by Club 21, wellness by COMO Shambhala, and Michelin-starred dining. This Permanent, Full Time position is ideal for service-oriented individuals looking to build a career in a high-end, multi-concept environment.

📋 Key Responsibilities

The role is focused on creating a seamless and luxurious first impression for guests while adhering to global quality standards:

Guest Arrival & Welcome: Greet guests professionally with a warm, confident, and genuine first impression. You will open doors according to hotel etiquette and guide guests to their rooms.
Luggage Management: Responsibly transport guest luggage to and from rooms, ensuring guests are properly settled and that no items are left behind.
Concierge Support: Provide guests with detailed information about hotel features, facilities, and the local Singapore area in accordance with Leading Quality Assurance (LQA) standards.
Lobby & Station Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bell stand, lobby, and baggage room. You will monitor designated lobby stations every 30 minutes.
Service Delivery: Deliver messages and valet items to guest rooms promptly and assist the Front Office team with ad-hoc tasks as required.
Standards Compliance: Ensure impeccable personal grooming and consistently meet or exceed all related Leading Quality Assurance guidelines.

🎓 Job Requirements

Experience: Requires 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry. The role is also open to Fresh/Entry Level candidates who possess a passion for luxury service.
Service Mindset: A strong desire to exceed guest expectations and provide meticulous care and attention.
Communication: Ability to provide clear, helpful information to international and local guests.
