TPC HOTEL PTE. LTD. is seeking a professional Bellman for Sofitel Singapore City Centre. This is a Permanent, Full Time, Non-executive position within a luxury 5-star hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

The role is focused on delivering a high-end, “Sofitel standard” welcome and departure experience:

Guest Welcome & Logistics: Provide a warm welcome and farewell, manage the taxi queue, assist with car/hotel doors, and direct guests to the reception.
Luggage Management: Ensure all guest belongings are accurately recorded and delivered promptly to or from rooms.
Valet & Transportation: Exercise care when parking guest vehicles and assist with arrangements for taxis, shuttles, or limousine services to the airport.
Guest Orientation: Explain the technology and features of guest rooms and provide expert information on hotel services and local sightseeing.
VIP Coordination: Assist in the specialized coordination of VIP guest arrivals and departures.

Required Qualifications & Traits

Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, with 5-star hotel experience being highly preferred.
Professionalism: Must project a professional image through excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills; being multi-lingual is an advantage, though English is essential.
Mindset: Proactive in initiating contact and establishing rapport with guests from diverse backgrounds.
