BLOOMBERG SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is launching its 2026 Early Professional Program at their Capital Square office. This Full Time, Entry Level role is designed for individuals who want to work at the intersection of finance and technology, supporting the world’s leading financial professionals.
Key Responsibilities
You will be part of a global team of over 500 professionals, acting as a vital link between Bloomberg’s powerful data and its 325,000+ subscribers:

Technical Onboarding & Support: Handle the installation and setup of Bloomberg software and proprietary hardware, including biometric authentication devices and specialized keyboards. You will manage license queries and troubleshoot mobile and desktop applications.

Workflow Management: Manage client workflows effectively via phone, email, and Bloomberg Instant Messaging, ensuring seamless and secure access to products.

Client Training & Engagement: Connect with high-level clients, including CEOs, to provide technical training on the Bloomberg Terminal. You will identify client needs and route them to relevant internal product teams.

Global Collaboration: Work with regional and internal teams to resolve complex issues while maintaining strict adherence to company standards.
Required Qualifications & Experience

Education: A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree.

Language Skills: Business proficiency and fluency in both English and Thai to support the respective client base.

Experience: No prior experience is required, though up to 3 years of work experience is accepted. Exposure to customer support or stakeholder engagement through internships or school is highly valued.

Interests: A demonstrated interest in financial markets or fintech and a passion for delivering excellence through live, interactive media.

Availability: Must be able to start full-time work in May 2026 and be willing to occasionally work weekends or public holidays (with a weekday off in lieu).

Salary & Details

Monthly Salary: $4,000 to $7,000.
