BUILDING ELECTRICIAN

ARISING SWIFTLY AGENCY PTE. LTD. is recruiting a Building Electrician on behalf of XUN JIE ENGINEERING PTE. LTD.. The role is based at TONG LEE BUILDING BLOCK B, 37 KALLANG PUDDING ROAD 349315. This is a Full Time, Middle Management position within the construction sector.

Key Responsibilities

The role involves technical electrical work, maintenance management, and site coordination:

• Maintenance & Repair: Conduct proactive routine services, repairs, and the replacement of spares and components to ensure all equipment remains operational.

• Site Operations: Assist in project site operations and ensure the timely completion of all electrical activities while inspecting and maintaining site equipment.

• Documentation: Provide status updates for work (before, during, and after completion) and document all routine findings and rectifications.

• Coordination: Liaise with site personnel, external contractors, and third parties while attending to work orders and customer inquiries or complaints.

• Planning: Pre-plan and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient workflow.

Required Qualifications & Traits

• Safety Knowledge: Strong awareness of electrical hazards and comprehensive safety knowledge.

• Technical Skills: Ability to perform complex repairs and replace consumables across various electrical systems.

• Experience: Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience.

Benefits

The monthly salary for this position ranges from $3,300 to $4,200.
