Key Responsibilities
The butcher is responsible for high-quality meat preparation and station maintenance:

Meat Processing: Break down whole beef, pork, lamb, poultry, and fish into usable cuts.

Portioning: Trim and prepare meats according to specific chef instructions and menu needs.

Quality Control: Monitor the freshness of all products and handle storage according to strict food safety and sanitation standards.

Maintenance: Clean and maintain all tools, equipment, and the workstation to meet health code standards.
Required Qualifications & Traits

Skills: Knowledge of meat preparation techniques and different cuts.

Attributes: A team player with a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a passion for food.
Experience Needed
A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in F&B is required, with a preference for candidates with a proven track record in a similar role.
Skills and Competencies

Physicality: Must have the physical stamina to stand for long periods in a fast-paced environment.

Flexibility: Candidates must be able to perform split shifts and work on weekends and public holidays.
Benefits
The monthly salary for this position ranges from $2,500 to $3,500.
