Scoot is looking for passionate individuals to join their team as Scootees. This is a Contract, Non-executive role based at Changi Airport Terminal 3.
Key Responsibilities
As a Scootee, your primary focus is balancing safety with a fun passenger experience:

Safety & Comfort: Keep passengers safe and comfortable throughout the flight.

Brand Ambassadorship: Work as a team to deliver exceptional service with “Scootitude”.

Emergency Management: Adapt quickly to manage onboard situations while maintaining safety protocols.
Physical Requirements
To carry out safety and emergency procedures, candidates must meet specific height and reach criteria:

Female: Min. height of 158cm OR min. height of 156cm and be able to reach over the line of 210cm.

Male: Min. height of 165cm OR min. height of 162cm and be able to reach over the line of 210cm.
Required Qualifications

Age: At least 18 years old.

Education:

3 GCE ‘O’ Level passes (including English); OR

5 GCE ‘N’ Level passes (including English); OR
-
3 SPM passes with Grade C or above in English.

Grooming: Professional appearance at all times; no visible tattoos allowed.
Experience Needed
This role is open to both fresh graduates and experienced professionals from any industry; no prior experience is required.
Benefits & Salary

Monthly Gross Salary: $3,500 to $4,000.

Bonuses: $4,000 sign-on bonus for Singapore Citizens/PRs, plus contract renewal and performance bonuses.
