Key Responsibilities
The role requires a high level of technical accuracy and the ability to manage complex modeling tasks:

Drafting & BIM Modeling: Create detailed 3D drawings and develop BIM (Building Information Modeling) components using software such as AutoCAD and Revit.

Design Translation: Interpret rough sketches, engineering specifications, and calculations to develop comprehensive blueprints and plans.

Revision Management: Update and revise drawings based on project feedback and engineering changes, ensuring all versions are meticulously documented.

Quality & Compliance: Conduct rigorous quality checks to ensure all drawings comply with both industry standards and company-specific conventions.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with engineers and architects to understand project requirements and prepare technical materials for construction teams.
Required Qualifications & Experience

Education: Minimum of an Associate degree or technical certification in drafting or engineering technology.

Experience: Requires at least 2 years of drafting experience specifically within the Construction or Engineering industry.

Software Proficiency: Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is essential.

Attributes: Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a solid understanding of technical drawing conventions.
