RESORTS WORLD AT SENTOSA PTE. LTD. is looking for a Call Centre Specialist to act as the central communication hub for its world-class integrated resort. This Permanent role is critical for delivering high-end hospitality services across the resort’s various hotels and attractions.

Key Responsibilities

As a Call Centre Agent, you will manage a high volume of guest interactions and coordinate backend logistics:

  • Guest Inquiries: Answer incoming calls and respond to guests through phone, email, and messaging channels. You will provide real-time information on resort products, services, and current promotions.

  • Service Coordination: Handle guest requests such as in-room dining, additional amenities, hotel facility information, and wake-up calls. You will act as the liaison between the guest and departments like Housekeeping or Front Office.

  • Case Management: Assist and follow up on service requests to ensure job completion. You will also make outbound calls for follow-up and escalate complex guest issues to supervisors when necessary.

  • System Operations: Utilize specialized hospitality software to record and relay messages accurately, ensuring that guest needs are met promptly.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: Minimum GCE ā€˜N’ Level or equivalent.

  • Experience: While open to Fresh/Entry Level candidates, preference is given to those with 1 year of experience in a Call Centre or Command Centre environment.

  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with hospitality and communication systems such as OPERA (PMS), Knowcross, PABX, and Wake-up Call Systems is highly advantageous.

  • Soft Skills: Pleasant and friendly mannerisms, with the patience and respect required to handle guest concerns under pressure.

Salary & Details

  • Monthly Salary: $2,400 to $3,000.

  • Type: Permanent.

  • Location: Sentosa Gateway.
