GOLDEN POOLS ENTERPRISE is seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to join their car wash operations as a Team Lead / Supervisor. This Full Time role is ideal for those who enjoy a mix of hands-on physical work and team management within a fast-paced environment.

📋 Key Responsibilities

The role involves overseeing the daily workflow while ensuring the highest standards of vehicle care:

Operations & Team Management

Supervision: Lead and work closely with car wash team members, ensuring a smooth operational flow and high morale.
Manpower: Manage team welfare, discipline, and attendance, while effectively deploying staff to various duties.
Inventory: Maintain and monitor stock levels for essentials such as shampoo, tire rim chemicals, wax, uniforms, and cleaning equipment.
Financials: Conduct daily reconciliation of sales and ensure the vehicle count matches the total collection accurately.

Hands-on Service & Quality Control

Vehicle Care: Actively participate in the rinsing, shampooing, waxing, and drying of all vehicle types.
Specialized Services: Perform interior cleaning, vacuuming, anti-bacterial treatments, and professional car waxing.
SOP Compliance: Ensure every vehicle is cleaned to the customer’s satisfaction by strictly following the established car wash SOP.
Customer Relations: Resolve customer feedback and operational issues promptly and professionally.

🎓 Job Requirements

Experience: Requires 2 years of experience in a similar field. While listed as “Fresh/Entry Level,” the supervisory responsibilities suggest a need for prior experience.
Physicality: Must be prepared for a 12-hour workday that involves physical labor and standing for long periods.
Flexibility: Must be able to work night shifts when required.
Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and the ability to report issues and improvements to management effectively.
