The essentiality of the job
For applying, candidates must have at least one working experience and educational qualification as given below:
Experience no. 1 or educational standards-1
Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in one of the accountancy, finance and business administration, commerce, management and, relevant to it from a recognized university.
Note: Candidates having diploma in above written fields don’t need experience. Secondly, the language required for this field is English.
Experience no. 2 or educational standards-2
Candidates can also have certificate or post-secondary diploma or high school diploma or vocational studies diploma from an valid educational organization.
All the above diploma holder must have work experience for a minimum one year that too has taken in last five years in the following field.
- Customer service
- Accounts and finance
- Call centre
- Or a combination of all.
Note: The candidates should have completed all the required conditions for applying. They must be able to provide the proof of the diplomas as well.
Conditions for employment
- The candidates should be able to work under reliable status provided.
- They should be willing to work overtime when required.
- The candidates should be able to work on weekends and evening time as well.
- They must be comfortable working with a telephone or a handset.
