CEILING FAN INSTALLER

ONE PLUS ONE HUMAN RESOURCES PTE. LTD. is recruiting for a Ceiling Fan Installer based at Novelty Bizcentre in Tai Seng. This Full Time role is ideal for individuals with a background in engineering or building and construction who have a knack for electrical work and handyman tasks.

📋 Key Responsibilities

You will manage the entire service cycle from transport to specialized electrical installation:

Site Assessment & Preparation: Evaluate the installation site to determine the best location. You must ensure the ceiling structure is strong enough to support the fan’s weight and create suitable mounting points.
Installation & Assembly: Assemble the fan, wire it into the electrical system, and mount it securely. This includes specialized false ceiling works and pulling electrical wires or installing power switches as needed.
Testing & Safety: Rigorously test the fan for mechanical or electrical issues before handing over to the client.
Logistics & Delivery: Responsible for loading and transporting items to clients safely. You will also be expected to maintain a clean driving record and operate a 10-foot lorry or van.
Customer Service: Act as the face of the company by providing maintenance advice, handling complaints, and ensuring the site is cleaned after installation.

🎓 Job Requirements

Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience is preferred. Experience in installation, troubleshooting, and repairing ceiling fans or general handyman work is a major advantage.
Driving License: Must possess a valid driving license and be capable of driving a 10-foot lorry/van.
Physical Fitness: Ability to walk, drive, and carry heavy items for extended periods.
Soft Skills: Strong reporting skills (daily and weekly) and the ability to provide excellent customer service.
