ONESG HOLDING PTE. LTD. is seeking a professional Condo Technician to manage building services and facility maintenance across residential estates. This Permanent, Full Time role is ideal for a hands-on technician who values high standards of conduct and proactive resident service.
Key Responsibilities
The role balances technical troubleshooting with professional communication and estate enhancement:

Routine Inspections: Conduct regular checks on all building services, equipment, and facilities to ensure they are in optimal working condition.

General Maintenance: Troubleshoot minor electrical faults, change bulbs, and handle painting, plumbing, and leakage issues.

Project Supervision: Identify building defects and supervise external contractors during maintenance and improvement works.

Emergency Response: Attend to emergency service breakdowns and resolve site-related maintenance matters promptly.

Estate Enhancement: Provide support for ad-hoc maintenance and assist in the setup of festive decorations and event preparations.
Required Qualifications & Experience

Education: NTC-2 in Electrical Installation & Servicing.

Experience: At least 2 years of experience with the ability to work independently.

Tech-Savvy: Preference for candidates knowledgeable in smart estate apps and digital platforms.

Character: Strong emphasis on a positive, stable character—pleasant, courteous, and mindful in both speech and writing.
