Key Responsibilities
The role is centered on being the face of the cruise, managing both operations and guest relations:

Ticketing & Sales: Efficiently handle ticket transactions, process payments, and provide clear information on packages and promotions. You will also generate daily sales settlement reports.

Guest Management: Welcome guests with a professional demeanor, assist with boarding procedures, and provide support for visitors with special needs.

Enquiry Handling: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person regarding schedules, routes, and reservations.

Problem Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve issues that may arise during a customer’s journey, collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations.

Maintenance: Ensure ticketing and boarding areas remain clean, organized, and welcoming for patrons.
Required Qualifications & Traits

Language: Excellent verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus for interacting with international tourists.

Experience: While no experience is required and training is provided, previous experience in customer service or hospitality is advantageous.
