Customer Service Executive

TOTALENERGIES MARKETING ASIA-PACIFIC MIDDLE EAST PTE. LTD. is seeking a Customer Service Executive to join their regional operations in Tuas South. This Full Time, Executive role is a hybrid position that sits at the intersection of client relations and complex global logistics.

Key Responsibilities

The role involves managing the end-to-end order lifecycle, from initial pricing inquiries to international shipping documentation:

  • Order & Shipment Management: Process all incoming orders, ensuring data entry accuracy and adherence to strict cut-off times. You will coordinate both Singapore-based and overseas shipments, liaising with freight forwarding agents for inbound and outbound logistics.

  • Documentation & Compliance: Generate and verify critical shipping documents, including Invoices, Packing Lists, Bills of Lading, and Certificates of Analysis/Origin. You are also responsible for specialized declarations like Fumigation and Form D.

  • Planning & Reporting: Monitor product completion dates and notify customers of Estimated Completion Dates (ECD). You will also estimate monthly shipment volumes to help the hierarchy compute projected sales figures.

  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as the primary link between the customer and internal departments such as Production, Warehousing, and Procurement to ensure smooth export shipments or self-collections.

  • Quality & Safety Standards: Participate in the maintenance of ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environment), and ISO 45001 (Safety) management systems, along with maintaining awareness of IATF 16949 automotive standards.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience: Requires 2 years of experience in Customer Service, specifically within a Logistics or Supply Chain environment.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in system data entry and the ability to manage complex back-order monitoring and shipment planning.

  • Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities to handle customer complaints and the interpersonal skills necessary to maintain close business relations with global clients.

  • Auditing: Ability to maintain meticulous records and references for both internal and external audits.

Working Hours & Flexibility

  • Work Arrangement: Offers a 3-2 Hybrid week schedule, combining office-based work with telecommuting options.

  • Location: Based in Tuas South.

Salary & Details

  • Monthly Salary: $3,000 to $5,000.
