KANGHODONG BAEKJEONG F&B PTE. LTD. is looking for a Dishwasher to join their healthy dining brand, Kong Madam, located at Guoco Midtown II. This Full Time, Executive-level role is part of the established 678 Co., Ltd. group, known for popular Korean brands like Kang Ho Dong Baekjeong.

📋 Job Responsibilities

The role is essential for maintaining the operational flow and hygiene standards of the kitchen:

Tableware & Utensil Care: Clean kitchen utensils, tableware, and equipment according to company regulations. You will also be responsible for the proper and organized storage of all cleaned items.
Station Management: Maintain a clean and tidy dishwashing area. You must ensure a timely supply of clean tableware, particularly during peak dining hours.
Equipment Sanitation: Regularly clean and sanitize kitchen equipment and dishwashing machines to ensure longevity and hygiene.
Waste Disposal: Dispose of trash promptly and regularly to maintain overall kitchen hygiene and safety.
General Support: Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisors to support the kitchen team.

🎓 Job Requirements

Experience: Requires 1 year of experience in an F&B environment.
Reliability: Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and maintain high cleanliness standards during peak periods.

⏰ Working Hours & Location

Shift Time: 9:30 AM – 9:30 PM (Includes a 2-hour break in between).
Schedule: 5.5 working days per week (6 days off per month). Weekend rotational off-days can be arranged where possible.
Work Location: Guoco Midtown II, 20 Tan Quee Lan Street, #01-02/03, Singapore 188107.
