The Role at a Glance

  • Position: Fish Plant Worker

  • Rate: $16.80 / hour

  • Hours: 40 hours per week (Full-time)

  • Location: Nictaux, NS

  • Start Date: As soon as possible

What We Are Looking For

We value precision, physical stamina, and a great attitude. You are a great fit if:

  • You are comfortable working in a typical fish plant environment (cold, damp, and refrigerated).

  • You are physically capable of standing for long periods, handling weights up to 23 kg (50 lbs), and performing repetitive tasks.

  • You have a sharp eye for detail and good hand-eye coordination for cutting, trimming, and inspecting seafood.

  • You can communicate effectively in either English or French.

  • You are willing to undergo a criminal record check.

  • You are legally authorized to work in Canada.
