NEAT CLEANING SERVICES is looking to hire a Floater Cleaner. The job is based at 153A SERANGOON NORTH AVENUE 1 551153. This is a Permanent, Full Time, Non-executive position.
Key Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for a variety of cleaning and maintenance tasks across assigned areas:

General Cleaning: Perform routine tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.

Restroom Maintenance: Clean and disinfect restrooms, replenish supplies like soap and paper products, and ensure facilities are well-maintained.

Waste Management: Empty trash cans, replace liners, and follow recycling procedures when disposing of waste.

Stock Maintenance: Monitor cleaning supply inventory and request replenishments as necessary.

Safety & Collaboration: Strictly follow all safety protocols, especially regarding the proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment. You will also work collaboratively with other staff to maintain cleanliness standards.
Required Qualifications & Experience

Experience: A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in general work is required.

Skills: The ability to work as part of a team and a commitment to following safety guidelines.
Benefits
The monthly salary for this position ranges from $2,000 to $2,325.
