THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is recruiting a Food Demonstration Assistant for a Dumpling Demonstration role – EH03, Dumpling Demonstration Assistant]. The work location is City Hall MRT. This is a Permanent, Full Time position.
Key Responsibilities
The Primary Role is Dumpling Demonstration. The assistant must perform live dumpling wrapping at the open kitchen counter for guests to see. They are required to showcase proper dumpling wrapping techniques in a neat, consistent, and visually appealing way. They must maintain a clean, tidy, and organised dumpling demonstration station at all times. They must follow restaurant guidelines for handling and disposing of demonstration dumplings (which are not for actual service).
The assistant must smile, be presentable, and create a positive impression of the brand while working at the counter. The Guest Interaction role is light or as required, involving acknowledging guests watching the demonstration with friendly body language and answering simple questions about the dumpling-making process (training can be provided). The assistant will also work closely with the service team. General Support & Housekeeping duties during downtime include arranging chairs and tables neatly, wiping and resetting tables during non-peak hours, assisting with simple cleaning and organisation tasks, and supporting colleagues with ad hoc duties.
Required Qualifications
The candidate needs to be presentable.
Experience Needed
This role is suitable for Fresh/entry level candidates. A minimum of 1 year experience is noted in F&B.
Skills and Competencies
The working day is 6 days per week. The working hours are 6-hour shifts from 10 am to 4 pm or 3 pm to 9 pm.
Benefits
The selected candidates will receive a Basic Salary of $1,600 to $1,800 Monthly.
