OISHI MANUFACTURING PTE. LTD. is seeking a Food Processing Worker at the Junior Executive level to join their production team at Food Xchange @ Admiralty. This Full Time role is critical for ensuring that high-quality food products are manufactured in strict accordance with international safety and hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities
The role involves a mix of hands-on machinery operation and meticulous quality oversight:

Production Excellence: Perform general production duties, including the operation of specialized cooking machines. You will be responsible for preparing ingredients exactly as per standard procedures to ensure product consistency.

Quality Control (QC): Inspect both raw materials and finished goods to ensure they meet the company’s quality benchmarks before being released to the market.

Global Safety Standards: Strictly follow and maintain standards for BRCGS (British Retail Consortium Global Standards), SFA (Singapore Food Agency), and company SOPs.

Hygiene Management: Maintain impeccable cleanliness and hygiene within the production area to prevent cross-contamination.

Issue Resolution: Proactively report and assist in resolving any production bottlenecks or technical issues that arise during the shift.
Required Qualifications & Experience

Experience: Requires 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or food processing environment.

Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with industrial food machinery and a strong commitment to global safety standards like BRCGS.

Attributes: Reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of following strict Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) consistently.
