PSA CORPORATION LIMITED is looking for an Engineer to lead technical operations at one of the world’s busiest hub ports. This Permanent, Full Time role is based at PSA Horizons and offers a front-row seat to the future of automated port technology.

Key Responsibilities

This is a leadership role focused on high-tech systems and port automation:

Team Leadership: Lead a team of technical staff to maximize the efficiency of sophisticated container-handling equipment.
Advanced Technology: Manage automated equipment and autonomous vehicles using a wide array of advanced technologies, including Artificial Intelligence (AI), Data Analytics, and Video Analytics.
Innovation: Participate in the development of future port systems and explore applications for Virtual and Augmented Reality (VR/AR).
Project Management: Engage in cross-disciplinary projects that provide exposure to technology management and strategic leadership.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Education: A Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Computer, or System Engineering is required.
Experience: This is an Executive role open to those with no prior experience, making it an excellent entry point for high-potential graduates.
Physicality: Must be comfortable and enjoy working outdoors and at height.
Soft Skills: Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a genuine passion for technology and innovation.
