SUSTENIR AGRICULTURE (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is a B Corp–certified Agri-tech company specializing in high-tech, controlled-environment farming. They are looking for a General Farm Worker to join their state-of-the-art greenhouse facility in Sungei Tengah. This role is central to their mission of delivering nutrient-rich superfoods grown sustainably and close to consumers.
📋 Key Responsibilities
The role involves hands-on cultivation within a high-tech agricultural setting, focusing on precision and hygiene:

Crop Cultivation: Assist in the planting, nurturing, and maintenance of crops based on strict farm schedules and guidelines.

Harvest & Post-Harvest: Perform the harvesting, sorting, cleaning, and packing of produce to ensure it meets quality standards for consumers.

Equipment Operation: Safely operate basic farm tools and equipment, and assist with their routine cleaning and maintenance.

Quality Standards: Apply Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) and strictly follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure food safety and crop health.

Facility Upkeep: Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across all farm areas, tools, and storage facilities.
🎓 Qualifications & Requirements

Education: Minimum ITE qualification or equivalent.

Experience: Requires 1 year of experience. Preference is given to those with a background in manufacturing or production environments.

Skills: Basic knowledge of farming practices is an advantage. You must have the ability to work in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.

Eligibility: This position is open only to Singapore Citizens and Singapore Permanent Residents.
⏰ Working Hours & Schedule
This role follows a standard agricultural work week:

Work Week: 5.5 days.

Hours: 44 hours per week.

Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Saturday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

💰 Salary & Benefits

Monthly Salary: $1,800 to $2,200.
