Housekeeping Attendant

YOTEL SINGAPORE ORCHARD ROAD is looking for a Housekeeping Attendant to maintain their high standards of guest room cleanliness at their flagship Orchard Road location. This Full Time role is essential to the hotel’s mission of providing a seamless and high-quality guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

The role focuses on precision, timing, and maintaining the hotel’s standard of hospitality:

  • Room Maintenance: Clean guest rooms in strict accordance with the hotel’s established cleaning standards and finish all daily assignments according to the work schedule.

  • VIP Preparation: Take note of VIP arrivals and ensure all appropriate amenities are correctly placed in the rooms before check-in.

  • Status Updates: Communicate and update room statuses to the Housekeeping Coordinator to ensure rooms are assigned efficiently for incoming guests.

  • Pantry Management: Keep assigned floor pantry areas well-stocked, organized, and in full compliance with fire safety regulations.

  • Incident Reporting: Immediately report any incidents, maintenance issues, or missing guest items to the Housekeeping Supervisor or Coordinator.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience: Requires 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry, though the role is also open to Fresh/Entry Level candidates with a strong work ethic.

  • Attributes: Detail-oriented, responsible, and capable of working in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Salary & Working Environment

The monthly salary for this position ranges from $1,400 to $2,000.
