📋 Key Responsibilities

You will be involved in both the artisanal production and the front-end service of the shop:

Production: Prepare fresh ice cream and gelato by strictly following standard procedures, recipes, and SOPs to maintain consistent flavor and quality.
Customer Service: Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately, and provide a high level of service, even during high-pressure peak hours.
Operations: Handle cashiering duties with precision and assist with ad-hoc tasks as directed by the supervisor or cook.

🎓 Requirements

Certification: You must hold a valid food handler certificate to be eligible for this role.
Experience: No prior experience is required; entry-level candidates are welcome as long as they have a positive attitude.
Physical Stamina: Comfortable with standing for long periods and working in varying temperatures (switching between cold prep areas and a warmer storefront).
Availability: Ability to commit to scheduled shifts, with a focus on weekends and Public Holidays.
