4FINGERS SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is looking for dedicated and hardworking individuals to join their kitchen team as a Kitchen Crew (Fryer). This Full Time, Non-executive role is essential for delivering the brand’s signature crispy chicken across their various islandwide outlets.

Key Responsibilities

The role is focused on high-volume food production and maintaining strict safety standards:

  • Frying & Cooking: Operate fryers and other kitchen equipment safely to prepare and cook food according to 4FINGERS’ specific recipes and standards.

  • Quality Control: Ensure proper portioning and presentation of food items before they are served to customers.

  • Hygiene & Sanitation: Maintain a high standard of cleanliness for all kitchen workstations and equipment, strictly following food safety and hygiene guidelines.

  • Operational Support: Assist in receiving and storing inventory, and support the team during peak hours to ensure fast and smooth service.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience: Requires 3 years of experience in a kitchen or food preparation role, specifically within the fast food industry.

  • Technical Knowledge: Must have a solid understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.

  • Working Style: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and a willingness to work as a team.

  • Availability: Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays is required.

Salary & Benefits

The monthly salary for this position ranges from $2,000 to $2,400.
