Kitchen Crew

WILD CHEESE PTE. LTD. is hiring a Kitchen Crew member for their establishment at 14 Hamilton Road. This is a Full Time, Junior Executive position within the F&B industry.

Key Responsibilities

The role involves a mix of food production, safety compliance, and operational maintenance:

  • Food Production: Prepare ingredients and cook dishes while strictly following established recipes and specifications.

  • Safety & Hygiene: Adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper food storage and procedures to prevent cross-contamination.

  • Kitchen Maintenance: Keep the kitchen, work stations, and storage areas clean and organized. This includes washing dishes, tools, utensils, and floor maintenance.

  • Equipment & Inventory: Operate and maintain cooking equipment (ovens, stovetops, grills) and assist with inventory management and supply ordering.

  • Teamwork: Communicate effectively with other staff to ensure timely dish preparation and occasionally interact with customers.

Required Qualifications & Traits

  • Experience: Candidates are required to have at least 1 year of experience in the F&B sector.

  • Physicality: The role includes physical tasks such as unloading deliveries and thorough cleaning.

  • Attributes: Strong attention to detail regarding food safety and the ability to work in a collaborative environment.

Benefits

The monthly salary for this position ranges from $2,800 to $3,500.
