LIQUID CHOCOLATE 1 PTE. LTD. is looking for a dedicated Kitchen Crew member to join their team at VivoCity. This role is focused on managing the Back-of-House (B.O.H) operations to ensure high-quality dessert presentation and efficient service in a fast-paced environment.
📋 Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for food preparation, quality control, and maintaining a hygienic workspace:

Food Preparation: Prepare all recipes according to the manual and ensure that all mise en place is ready before service.

Quality & Presentation: Adhere to plating instructions and portion control policies to ensure every order is delivered with the correct presentation and display.

Inventory & FIFO: Manage the rotation of fresh and dry products using the First-In, First-Out (FIFO) method. You will also monitor expiry dates and prepare stock requisitions.

Hygiene & Safety: Regularly check fridges for cleanliness and sanitation. Ensure all perishables are covered and dated before storage.

Leadership Support: Assume the responsibilities of the Assistant Pastry Chef during their absence and communicate any anticipated ingredient shortages promptly.
🎓 Job Requirements

Experience: Requires at least 1 year of experience in an F&B kitchen environment.

Level: Open to Fresh/Entry Level candidates who have a strong willingness to learn and maintain professional kitchen standards.
