Key Responsibilities

Sample Management: Collect medical samples from various clinics based on system requests or client service team instructions.

Logistics Coordination: Collate all samples from Phlebotomists, pack them securely, and ensure a timely handover to despatch riders at allocated timings.

Report Delivery: Transport printed reports and laboratory supplies from the main laboratory to their destination.

Operational Discipline: Strictly adhere to compulsory collection and delivery rounds to maintain diagnostic efficiency.
