YI SHEN PTE. LTD. is looking for a Landscape Supervisor to oversee site maintenance and crew operations. This is a Full Time, Executive level role based at various project sites across Singapore.
Key Responsibilities
The supervisor ensures both the health of the greenery and the efficiency of the workforce:

Crew Management: Plan daily work schedules and organize specific work orders for the ground crew to ensure all tasks are completed on time.

Horticultural Care: Manage maintenance activities such as pruning, weeding, and mulching. You will also review plant health and environmental conditions, identifying symptoms of pests or diseases.

Growth Optimization: Improve plant growing conditions through the application of proper nutrient fertilizers and soil mixes.

Safety & Compliance: Plan and ensure that all work safety regulations are followed, including reviewing sites for health and safety compliance.

Client Liaison: Act as the point of contact to handle questions or concerns from clients regarding landscape projects.
Required Qualifications & Experience

Experience: Candidates must have at least 1 year of experience in landscaping or a related field.

Knowledge: Proficiency in identifying plant pests/diseases and knowledge of soil/fertilizer management is essential.

Leadership: Strong organizational skills to manage a mobile workforce and meet project deadlines.
Salary & Benefits
The monthly salary for this position ranges from $1,850 to $3,300, depending on your level of expertise and supervisory experience.
