ATELIER AQUATIC SAFETY PTE. LTD. is hiring Lifeguards to ensure the safety of swimmers across various locations in Singapore. This is a Full Time, Non-executive role that is critical for maintaining a secure and professional pool environment.
Key Responsibilities
The role centers on vigilance, safety enforcement, and emergency response:

Supervision: Actively monitor swimming and surrounding activities to ensure the safety of all members and guests.

Safety Enforcement: Ensure that all pool regulations are followed and manage the evacuation of swimmers during adverse weather, such as lightning alerts or heavy rain.

Emergency Response: Remain alert for emergency conditions and perform water rescues or first aid immediately when necessary.

Operations: Assist with pool preparation, safety checks, and regular reporting to ensure the facility meets operational standards.
Required Qualifications & Experience

Experience: Requires 1 year of experience; however, candidates with prior lifeguard experience or certifications are highly preferred.

Training: Candidates without certification are welcome to apply as the company provides necessary training.

Soft Skills: Must be a team player with a positive attitude and good interpersonal skills for interacting with guests.
Working Hours & Schedule

Salary & Benefits
The monthly salary for this position is highly variable, ranging from $2,350 to $4,700, likely depending on certification levels and experience.
