KATONG HOLDINGS PTE. LTD. is looking for a Lobby Host to join Hotel Indigo, a brand known for its deep connection to the local neighborhood and “unscripted” guest service. This Full Time role is ideal for someone who is an “inspiring storyteller” and enjoys making guests feel like part of the community.
Key Responsibilities
As a Lobby Host, you are the primary narrator of the guest journey, handling both technical and social aspects of the hotel stay:

Guest Experience: Greet guests warmly, learn their names, and facilitate the “check-in/check-out” and rooming procedures.

Neighborhood Discovery: Act as a local expert, using your knowledge to ignite guests’ curiosity and help them discover hidden gems in the neighborhood.

Financial Duties: Maintain a cashier float, prepare daily reports, and actively upsell established packages to improve hotel revenue (RevPAR).

Technical Operations: Navigate hotel reservation and front office systems to manage data, interpret availability, and process seasonal promotions or IHG One Rewards benefits.

Shift Management: When on night shifts, prepare morning reports and necessary arrival forms for the incoming team.
Required Qualifications & Experience

Education: High School or Vocational Certificate in Hotel Administration/Management or equivalent.

Experience: Open to Fresh/Entry Level candidates; however, 1 year of experience in guest or customer service is preferred.

Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and Front Office Systems. Must be able to read and write English fluently for professional interactions.

Salary & Benefits

Monthly Salary: $2,000 to $2,200.
