TRISTAR INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Office Cleaner for their premises at BNI Tower. This Full Time role requires a proactive individual who can manage both standard cleaning duties and basic office maintenance tasks within a professional corporate setting.
📋 Key Responsibilities
The role extends beyond traditional cleaning to include pantry management and minor facility maintenance:

Hygiene & Sanitization: Maintain a clean, hygienic, and orderly office environment. This includes cleaning all individual workspaces and shared common areas efficiently to minimize disruption to staff.

Minor Facility Maintenance: Conduct regular checks on lighting and fixtures. You will be responsible for replacing light bulbs and performing minor, non-technical lighting repairs where it is safe and permitted to do so.

Pantry & Inventory Management: Monitor and replenish office consumables and pantry supplies to ensure the team always has necessary items on hand.

Safety & Reporting: Identify and promptly report any maintenance, safety, or cleanliness issues to management. You must also uphold strict workplace health and safety standards.

Discretion & Professionalism: Practice high levels of discretion and respect the confidentiality of the office environment while performing your duties.
